Pros

So the scale of the systems being built is truly internet scale. The problems to be solved are interesting. They use SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework )

Cons

It is a large IT company with ingrained waterfall process base culture. NOT really Agile. Suggestions are shot down and information is hoarded.
