- Co-workers, Unlimited PTO, free lunches

Cons

I was very satisfied with this company at one point. However, a phase began when they started terminating highly talented individuals for vague reasons. The company's culture has turned toxic, and they let go of people who don't align with the leadership's views. There is no opportunity for growth. Based on the decisions the leadership is making, it seems like this company will decline rapidly.

Unlimited PTO but that’s truly it.

Cons

This company will make you feel beyond worthless and that you are just a work slave. They have 0 training set up but expect you to thrive in this environment. They claim they are not a startup yet no one knows what they are doing. They will never see you as an individual and will never help you even when you voice your concerns. Why help someone when they are struggling when you can praise the ones that are doing things right? This company will blind you with “benefits” they think are in right now when the company as a whole could not be more detrimental to your mental health.

Some cool people Nice office (before it was shut down to save costs) Was at the forefront for influencer marketing 3-4 years ago

Low transparency and authenticity from CEO Ex: covering up worrisome business realities with phony woo woo crystal talk, vision boarding and group meditation; meanwhile another layoff or cost cutting announcement <1 week later No longer competitive in the space Most department heads would never be hired to do those jobs anywhere else..
