      It is a fine place to work

      Cons

      Executive level makes questionable decisions that are based solely on short term gains and do not look at the long term benefits. No loyalty to employees. Unless you work at the corporate headquarters the employee is not valued.

      Mammoth is poised for amazing growth. They need to develop the layer of employees between executives and individual contributors.
