      Pros

      Initial pay was fair, no other pros.

      Cons

      Red flags. Promises were made that were not kept. Teamwork and socialization was not encouraged by owner. Extremely quiet in the office. Very poor leadership…. Starting with owner. Poor talent kept and great talent constantly leaving. attrition rate thru the roof. It’s sad and disappointing.

      Pros

      This company is a nationally recognized woman-owned small business tht has won several awards and attained certifications that should help in the pursuit of new opportunities. Leadership is searching for new industries to apply project management skills. Promising future if those efforts pay off. Project-based skills have built this company and will be what carries them into the future.

      Cons

      MSLLC has been historically dependent on Federally funded programs for a high percentage of their volume. That market is in a tightening phase of the cycle that is not projected to improve over the next couple of years. They are still getting established in other areas and assignments have been shorter term and less stable. If the client/ assignment loses funding, the employment is likely over, too, with little or no notice. Employee head count drives volume and profitability. Client reorganization can drastically affect those metrics if staff needs are reduced.
