      Remote work Good opportunity to get in the door and gain valuable experience.

      1. Workloads continue to increase with little consideration for capacity. 2. Employee contributions are undervalued. 3. Favoritism exists. 4. Inconsistent and poor leadership. 5. company culture does not align with its stated values. 6. HR oversells the company during the hiring process. 7. there is a constant sense of job insecurity.

      MSG offered a competitive salary along with a benefits package and a pretty good PTO, creating a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Working as a contractor, there was little communication between other people at MSG, which led to me feeling a bit disconnected from my colleagues at times.
