Pros

You may find few positive reviews being posted on same or nearby days. The reason- a new yet to be customer is checking this website to know more about the company and they found some negative reviews. To tackle this the management has asked to provide positive reviews. Meaning, these are forced by or promoted by management. There is no real pros about the company.

Cons

Delayed increments. No work life balance. You will be asked to sign a contract if you’re getting more than 15% of hike- whether it is 1000 or 10000, if its 15 percent of your salary then either you accept and serve for another year, or reject and get whatever the silly amount they give. Youll be forced to work on weekends with no salary. They will say the employee would get paid with the basic payment and made to work in the past three weekends and nothing is been paid when salary is credited. The salary is very less than the market standard. You wont even find a good cafeteria there. The CEO neither allow any outsiders vendors to open any cafeteria in the office or provide anything in office. You have to drive minimum 1 km for a good tea if you’re not ok with the vending machine tea. Consider reading the negative reviews before joining here. Use your brain and check how genuine the reviews are give here especially the positive reviews. When coming to the customer service end - none of the deliveries are done as promised and every projects are getting escalated which is ending up with more pressure to the employees.

Health insurance and no other pros to mention.

Cons

Delayed appraisals. Instead of April they keep on delaying the annual appraisal. The maximum is 15% that too should be with addendum. The mail which is sent by the management. “The employees who are eligible for increment in salary pursuant to the performance appraisal at a rate of 15% or more of their existing salary shall be paid the increased salary on 30-06-2023 subject to the below condition. "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Employment Contract, the Employee shall not terminate the Employment contract for a period of one year from the date of this e-mail failing which the employee shall pay to the Company the difference between the increased salary and the existing salary for each month of employment starting from 01S April 2023 as pre-determined damages. The Company shall have the right to withhold all sums payable to the Employee and to adjust against the pre-determined damages." The respective employees shall have a period of 5 working days to discuss/clarify with their reporting manager with regard to the above.“ No work life balance. You should work till late night.

Pros

I am being part of this organization for a period of 2.5 years, If you are work hard they will treated you with recognition and good package.During my term I felt they are giving more mankind approach to employees they are even come under below performance. IN IT enabled service very difficult to reach out such companies. If you are technically proven in talents managements always stand up with you for any professional ,personnel challenges and always hear you.In person accessible to the Director is another big advantage. You will get chance to works in multiple domains.

Cons

HR treating employee's like kinder garden students and that makes us frustrates .Even though they are approachable and accessible for all employees for any kind of personnel related things. Not that much challenging and big environment for those who ready to take more responsibilities and challenges.
