Pros

Remote work You'll find extremely smart and technical people to work with Medical benefits

Cons

The culture is extremely toxic at the moment. No appraisals for over two years. There are layoffs every 3 months. Junior to mid developers are laid off indiscriminately due to lack of projects that has left a sour taste in everyone's mouth. The sales team has been unable to generate new projects even after expansion in its department. Everybody just assumes that it's going to be their turn to be laid off next regardless of whether you are on the bench or not . Nobody seems to be safe since older projects are coming to an end and there are no projects to allocate them to . It's a constant juggle from the bench and back. It seems like the direction and vision that the company has taken towards sales has not worked out People making these decisions should be held accountable. The mergers of multiple companies hasn't completely happened and it seems like that isn't going well either with layoffs in the recently merged companies as well. What was the point of buying those companies if you were just going to fire the talent ?

Pros

-Good Drupal sessions happen and good initiative to organize Drupal meetups. -CEO is a good and genuine person and easily reachable. -Talented people exist but unfortunately, most of them left as they were never valued.

Cons

-A very good environment for people who can play politics and show off. If you are really hardworking and dedicated then this is not a place for you to work. -The only way to grow here is to have good relations with management and send email threads to show off your work. The cause of this environment is that people don't evaluate the skills of an employee rather rely on other people's perception and opinions. -The only way to grow here is showing up your work by emails and buttering the non-technical managers(given the position of highly technically sound managers) and there you are!! You are the next Product Owner even if you don't have any management skills. -The evaluation process for employees skills is poor, based solely on the reporting manager's review (having zero technical skills). -HR's never responds. For the appraisal, you need to chase them again and again. No one to one session happens mostly and directly the hike is given which of course depends on how good you are in showing off the things instead of doing them. - Blame games played by managers and some team members(not all) who try to blame people if something goes wrong instead of finding a solution and root cause of the problem.(the most common dialogue-- "who pushed the code?","who has worked on it?"). If you are moved to a new project then whatever is going wrong in the project after you is assumed to be done by you by default. -The only way to show your dedication is to stretch and stay late in Office(Even if it is not required, and you are watching your favorite web series with a cup of tea, doesn't matter), but remember to ping higher management that you are staying late.

>> PLEASE DON'T TRY TO SUPPRESS THE REVIEW BY POSTING FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. No, we do not post fake reviews. If "RD" (which is myself) am a "genuine person" according to you (your note above, says so), then i can confirm that our HR Team DOES NOT post "fake positive" comments. Look around, ask your colelagues if they are happy working here. Most people at Srijan would get a higher paying job outside any day they switch. About 20% of our company consists of people nearly 5 years here. Further, i send endless emails asking our team members to leave Glassdoor reviews. I would not do that, if i could get away with posting fake positive reviews. There can always be problems in organisations. If you say, i am "approachable" then approach me and tell me about the problems you're facing. If you're not approaching me, and leave such (repeated) comments, then i am uncertain what purpose it solves other than being spiteful and having no gratitude. Good luck. I am glad you've left. Meanwhile, i'll have our HR Lead to respond to your points item by item, and leave for the readers to judge.

Pros

*Good for those who wants to work on delhi location. *only Few people are helpful. *It looks like friendly environment(fake people everywhere) *flexible work hours. *it was a good company 2-3 years back.

Cons

*only the lower level employees works here properly (L1, interns) *No leadership qualities in leaders, don’t know why they appointed as leaders(always busy in Facebook and all) *Leaders have knowledge(only few leaders) but don’t have leadership qualities. *Leaders always taking sessions(useless and timepass sessions in which they are discussing useless things for proving themselves as leaders) they do these sessions only for making points for KPIs. *never value the lower level employees. They think high level employees working but it’s not true. *HR totally useless specially a Lady HR lead, she even don’t know how to talk, no manners.. *HR is famous for gossiping. *high level employees only gives feedback, they actually don’t work, and according to that feedbacks which is usually negative they changed lower level employees again and again.
