Pros

The company provides an excellent environment for learning, professional growth, and career development. It also offers outstanding salary increments that are significantly higher than those offered by many other companies

Cons

The new office space is spacious and well-equipped, providing an excellent environment for collaboration, teamwork, and productive discussions. However, It has been observed that some managers and employees have been working from home for extended periods after obtaining approval from their senior managers, in some cases for more than a month. This practice is creating challenges in completing tasks and projects within the planned timelines. In several cases, work appears to be progressing slowly, resulting in delays and requests for timeline extensions. To improve coordination, accountability, and project delivery, it would be beneficial to enforce a stricter Work From Office (WFO) policy. Regular office attendance can enhance collaboration, communication, monitoring, and overall productivity, helping teams complete projects on schedule. The organization may review the necessity of allowing employees to work from home continuously for periods exceeding two months and consider limiting such exceptions to genuine business or personal requirements.

Pros

Certification reimbursement is available if you pass the certification. Relocation support is provided in some cases.

Cons

Very stressful work environment regardless of whether you're a junior, mid-level, or senior employee. Most projects are short-term (3–4 months), so there is constant pressure to deliver and impress clients. Working weekends is often expected rather than optional. No overtime pay for extra hours; only comp-off is provided, and even that depends on manager approval and project availability. Work-life balance is extremely poor. During my time, working 12–15 hours a day was common. Employees are expected to be available almost all the time, including late nights and early mornings when required. Personal life often takes a back seat due to project demands. Performance ratings do not always reflect the effort put in. Even high-performing employees may not receive top ratings. Employees with low ratings for consecutive review cycles may face termination. No proper bench policy, which creates job insecurity. The overall culture feels like "hire and fire." Benefits and allowances are limited compared to the workload and expectations. Management focuses heavily on client satisfaction, often at the cost of employee well-being
