      Pros

      People on the ground and most managers are helpful. Free cups of tea and coffee.

      Cons

      You're told anything to get you to join the business, bonuses, training, but you don't get it. Directors are just out for their bonuses and shares, waiting for their pay day to go off into the sun. They don't care about people or giving them the time of day. If you're face doesn't fit you're treated differently and are disposable.
