      Smart people doing interesting work

      Pros

      Great team of smart, high-energy consultants, doing interesting and fast-paced work. You will never be bored working here, as you will be exposed to a range of projects in a ton of different industries. For a consulting firm, has a great culture built around work-life balance, and is extremely flexible with work hours/working remotely.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains of a consulting firm, such as matching staffing to high project demand, and building up of more structured policies, procedures, etc. Management seems aware of these and is in the process of addressing

      Pros

      Amazing team. Great client base. Growing firm - rapidly. Totally terrific spirit in the office and everyone pitches in ... including the partners. They have our backs.

      Cons

      We work hard - and some of this stems from the fact that at the clients are so strong and they do expect a lot from us.

      Pros

      Saying you can work in "consulting"; in reality, you are a glorified slave to private equity firms

      Cons

      1. Atrocious management. Tons of office politics, clueless leadership, frustrating communication, and zero camaraderie as a whole. 2. Awful pay. Far, far, FAR below market value; friends at similar firms were making 75% or more. 3. Terrible growth opportunities. No one has ever heard of GRAPH, thus no one exits to any respectable firm. Slow promotion timelines internally too. Avoid working at GRAPH at all costs. Completely destroyed my career.
