      Cons

      Agency life, especially working within the hospitality sector, can be full-on, fast-paced and with lots of changing priorities. But its always fun and no two days are the same.

      Surrounded by kind, inspiring, and motivated individuals who truly live and breathe what they do - and more importantly, love it. Being exposed to an exciting, eclectic portfolio of clients plus multiple services opens up lots of brilliant prospects. This is a company where you can be yourself and are actively encouraged to do so. Everyone is treated equally, supported, and heard. It has a genuine family feel, where lifelong friendships can be built. You won't find a better team to spend your days with!

      Being part of an ambitious agency means there are always various plates to spin, but a hugely supportive team means that no one is ever left to go it alone.

      Good pay, but comes at a price.

      Cons

      Awful agency culture. Bullying senior management. Disgusting, disgusting people who run this company. Including a 'creative director' who earns more than 5 people put together despite being an inexperienced bully.
