Pros
They don't know what to ask in an interview, if you are able to write well about yourself in "why should I hire you" column, then you will be hired easily.
Cons
CTC will be reduced within 3 weeks if you don't work hard, followed by an immediate termination within a month from joining. Long working hours. No proper support from team, only criticism. No value for employee's personal life problems, be it death in family or what so ever. No experience letter for employees engaged for short term.
