Cons
Mercato's hubris is a prime example of the venture capital industry at large. Overpromising and underdelivering while creating a work environment inconducive to productivity. Mercato lacks basic execution abilities and exhibits an unearned air of superiority. Recent changes to management have been an attempt to "right" the ship, however, express a lack of vision and transparency to employees.

I can say, I learned more working here then I have ever learned in my life. I worked Mon-Sun; 12 hour days. Lots of learning. lol
Cons
The founder/managing Director is a jerk, he doesn’t care about his employees and only cares about money. If you don’t work 24/7 and suck up to the founder, you won’t last long here.
