Pros

• Worked with a highly skilled and resilient team. • Opportunity to support and structure an AI initiative from the ground up. • Gained valuable experience navigating chaos and organizational politics.

Cons

No job security, constant layoffs: During my time, at least three product managers I reported to were let go. My team was repeatedly reduced — three developers were fired arbitrarily, and AI developers left voluntarily due to poor conditions. Despite all of this, the expectation was to deliver consistent results without any added support. • Blame-shifting culture: I was terminated under the claim of “bad team performance” — an excuse that is both unfair and factually incorrect. Team performance issues were a direct result of leadership decisions, including staff reductions. Moreover, a Scrum Master — not the PO — is responsible for performance management. Our team had strong performance for at least three PIs (Program Increments), with a clear roadmap and deliverables that were being met. • Micromanagement and distrust: Leadership exhibited extreme control — including the Chief Product Officer monitoring my personal LinkedIn activity and requesting timestamped proof for my own posts. • Manipulative tactics: I was asked to prepare a full 2-month roadmap, decompose stories, and guide the team through change — only to be blindsided when a new PO was hired behind my back and I was told to leave immediately, without even a standard notice period. • No real support for innovation

Pros

Good colleagues in wider team

Cons

Hired for a sales role that did not exist and when tried to make suggestions for improvement was let go with no notice. Product not ready to sell but was also advised not to contact existing customers. No job security. Management not connected with their teams at all.

Pros

I thrive in the dynamic environment of a SaaS company, where we move quickly, embrace challenges, and continuously learn and develop so much - this is really a place to grow if you want to. Over the past year, I’ve grown tremendously, both professionally and personally—and I’m grateful to be part of such a motivated, goal-oriented team. We combine drive and ambition with a genuine sense of fun, which makes our collaboration even more rewarding. Most importantly, I’m truly passionate about our product and proud to contribute to its success. Also, it’s not an easy task to be part of a consolidation journey, it’s the hardest you can do, but we are truly enjoying it and working as a strong team! Also, there’s open communication so you can always share idea and be part of the decisions.

Cons

Sometimes the workload is high but i suppose it’s like that in most Saas companies - but we never work overtime. Also worth remembering we are on a consolidation journey. Sometimes communication from the highest level can be quickly shared around, but we are improving this.
