There is absolutely no training!!! You are given maybe 3-4 days of sitting and watching someone work. Then you are responsible for a caseload which amounts to which letters of the alphabet you are in charge of. There is a very high turn over of employees I believe I made number 19 when I left and I had been there for 5 months. They do not have a cleaning company so they expect the employee to clean the common areas, restrooms, and collect trash around the office. Patients see a variation of providers. They never really know who they will be seeing so no continuity of care. The care is sub par at best. Providers are working on top of each other. A patient may prefer one over the other but it’s out of their hands who administers their care. As a case manager they had me approving orders verbally over the phone, I would be on call for a week at a time. On call meant I would receive urgent calls from pts, triage their symptoms, teams message a provider, and then call the pt back with instructions. The pt never speaks to a licensed medical professional regarding their urgent need. I could go on…uncomfortable work environment, horrible incentives/benefits, management is very condescending, they got rid of HR
