Pros
The only pros I see working in this company is work from home.
Cons
1. Senior management and leadership are not at all competent. 2. If you go with your concern regarding the project to your senior management they will question your capabilities and you will hear them openly saying the word termination quite frequently. 3. Terrible timelines for projects. 4. Zero growth prospects for junior employees(0-6 years experience). 5. Employees above Lead levels are given way more powers they deserve to dominate over the junior employees. They just sit back and relax at home. 6. Poor trainings 7. Poor management support system 8. Worst infrastructure
