4. Only cares about production
5. Act like care about safety, but unconsciously want you to do unsafe work to get plants getgoing. Because for safe work you stop the line, they feel they will loose production which is more important for them.
If you do unsafe work to get things going, they will say we never told you to unsafe work
If you don’t do unsafe work and stop the line, they will get upset and lecture you in bad tone for low production and will create very hard time for you for next couple weeks
If you do work as they say, and something happen to you then will give you ticket for unsafe work and still would want you to come to plant sit and do paperwork even if you are under WCB and can’t walk.
