      Cons

      EPF was only paid for 3 out of the 10 months we worked. We didn’t get any salary increases for the past two years. There were even two months where we got only part of our pay, and some people didn’t get paid on time. Management threatened to hold back our final salary if we didn’t hand over tasks properly, even though it wasn’t really our fault since the new team joined just a few days before we left. Management was also super hard to deal with and didn’t really take any feedback about the app seriously.
