      Pros

      Helpful and supportive colleagues, but most are working in silos. As each are handling different projects, almost no communication.

      Cons

      Hectice workload, sometimes have very tight project timeline.

      Pretty good colleagues (funny receptionist), great location, a variety of projects to take on, AWS with bonus

      Pros

      Good place for freshies and beginners as you'll get to oversee the projects from inception to completion. Steep learning curve at the start. Relatively independent at handling projects. Colleagues were generally nice; admin and bosses were generally easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Poor remuneration and employee benefits. Stingy and demotivating pay review. Lack of sincerity at talent retention. Not a place for long-term career growth and senior positions.
