It’s a shame to hear you felt you experiences cliques/favouritism at Metaswitch. We consistently aim to promote and maintain a non-political culture and most feedback we get is in line with this. Having said that, maintaining this culture as Metaswitch grows is definitely one of our challenges so your feedback is useful.
