Business outlook
Pros
Flexible hours, so long as work is delivered on time. They care about you. The work is varied and interesting. The money is OK. I'm learning all the time.
Cons
There's no established office building, we work remote and it would be good to have a 'base'. But we do meet regularly in various public venues.
