      Disorganized management. There’s a serious lack of care for the employees. There’s some shady business practices in this toxic and unsafe workplace.

      Staff is very willing to band together to get the job done.

      Cons

      Staff had to jump through hoops and change course for the owner at his wims which nearly always was due to chasing a dollar not the long-term results of actions.
