      Pros

      - offices are nice, and some nice people left - easy interview (double edged sword) - slowly growing clients and some big players now

      Cons

      - micromanagement and managers are biggest obstacles - slow and buggy product, each "improvement" introduces more issues - good guys leave, politically inclined stay - changed quite a lot in last few years

      Pros

      Encourages beginners and new starters in the industry.

      Cons

      A lot of internal politics. The person who can manipulate things can only win. Management will not be taking care of all the employees. Only a few favorite people will be getting a chance to grow. some of the employees are never been recognised based in spite of the hard work for years. Career progression is not encouraged.
