Pros

There is no reason to work at that place the company is a total waste including the vp, managers and leads whatever they call themselves. The Hr team they are even worst including the present HR is a useless fellow and i donot call it a company rather i call it as organisation of retards.

Cons

There are a lot of cons about them you have to spend day and night counting them, if you go on official leave they will put your salary on hold and attrition rate is at its peak, they want you to follow orders just , its so unfortunate that this company name is on my resume , people are advised to stay away from this company , all frauds are there.

Pros

There is no scope for betterment of your career in this useless company. Especially in the Indore center. The management hires some unprofessional caretaker for the company and expects him to maintain professionalism in the company. Who says the background check is not important for senior employees. You work as a US Staffing firm but you dont follow the procedures.

Cons

The female ratio in the Indore center is pathetic. Female employees get texts and stuff from the person who runs the center. Calls out female employees for parties, drinks and dinner. Says he is alone in the city and asks the females to accompany him for things. Very unprofessional and unsafe. Drops late night texts and calls. Absolute rubbish .. Worst experience. I would rather stay jobless then to work for a piece of meat like him.

Pros

NOTHING. There is probably not a single thing that can be counted among Pros here.

Cons

Let me list out a few points: 0. CAB DRIVERS are the HR here as they inform you about your LAST DAY. They tell you that you were fired yesterday and you cannot board the cab today!!! Please check your e-mail or call HR. 1. Fake Publicity Stunts by forcing employees to post their certificates or achievements on LinkedIn and similar websites against their will. 2. Pathetic management, cheap tricks and cunning nature is all you can expect out of each of the seniors out there. 3. No moral values or ethics. They do not even have basic talking adequate or manners. 4. Frequent firing by management without any appropriate reason. Mass firing is a very common view throughout the year. 5. Internal politics and micromanagement is extremely high. 6. Using slangs and cheap comments for the employees is very common among the higher management is a daily routine. Don't be surprised if you are among one of the victims. Almost everyone is! 7. Pathetic amenities, including washroom and food services. Everybody's health gets deteriorated. 8. HR team s least bothered about you or your problems. They are swell with just sitting in their own cabins. 9. Incentives and other promises that you might hear during your on-boarding and induction are completely fancy and fake. DO NOT BELIEVE A SINGLE WORD OUT OF THEIR MOUTH. 10. Policies change for every employee depending upon their relationships with the management. 11. No standard process in any department. It changes with every person. 12. People get promotion as per their relations. 13. Regional biasing and discrimination is one of the culture here. 14. Mental harassment on daily basis. 15. CAB DRIVERS are the HR here as they inform you about your LAST DAY. 16. You cannot talk, take breaks or play TT with other team members. 17. Management is always interested in personal gossips and issues rather than the important business related issues. 18. Females are not treated with respect. Everybody has hormonal imbalance. 19. No proper documentation work from HR for anything. 20. They treat you like beggars throughout, even as an employee and after that, even worse!
