This is a non profit job and does not offer benefits, healthcare etc. This company has different positions but will expect you to wear many hats and perform job duties that your not compensated for. The work life balance is not healthy. They will constantly put you on call and your job feels threatened every time you make a mistake...which anyone can make. They do not have an HR department only some one to do the accounting for the pay checks, so the CEO will determine what they feel is right if an employee has a question. Certain employees are promoted to supervisors and they are not qualified. The CEO is the decider in all decisions coming to hiring employees and terminating employment which is very common at this company. The supervisors will talk bad about there employees to other agencies including the CEO if there is a problem with the company...a scapegoat mentality.
