Leadership is open to hear your ideas, open for improvements.
Cons
While open for ideas and improvements, there is no intention to do any of that. Your words mean nothing and will be ignored until you stop trying. Unpredictable company to their employees. Recent workforce reduction affected many people, even though company is hiring again for the same positions.
