Pros
Culture WAS nice there, people there are all nice and friendly. But then everything changed.
Cons
Management will use "You don't fit into our culture" or "Your dynamic with the team is not good" when they're looking to let you go but they don't have a valid reason. Salary has been delayed for few months and people who leave the company hasn't receive their pay, they keep on dragging and making fake promises.

culture was there and it was fun at the beginning. but starting 2024 it was rapidly going downhill
Cons
- no OT pay - benefits not attractive - salary lower than market rate - bad management leading to company financial issues
