Pros
The people! Amazing and fun team that is always willing to help out in any way possible, and can always lighten stressful parts of the day with humour and laughter. Working with food is always exciting if you're a foodie, so I really enjoyed that aspect of the job. Since it is a startup, no two days are the same, which I loved, because I get bored easily. Building relationships with clients and vendors was also rewarding. I came into this role with little to no experience in the tech/startup world, but the CEO and senior management believe in personal growth, development, and potential, and gave me this opportunity, to which I am very grateful for. I've learned so much.
Cons
Workload can be a lot at certain times of the month, when it comes to managing clients, but it is a work in progress for a start up. If you need anything, reach out to management, even the CEO -- they are always willing to listen and take feedback well, but you have to be proactive!
