      Decent laptop, remote work option

      Cons

      Can barely take a day off from your paid time off without getting weird looks and stressing you out for nothing. Dumbest management and worst culture I've ever encountered. Family-run, with some clingers-on way over their heads. Most sane people leave after a year. Rather abusive one-sided contract terms, and if you're a foreigner good luck enforcing anything.

      Overtime is in the culture that is not rewarded at all. One man making decisions for all departments. Constant gaslighting and manipulation to work more and take on more responsibilities that should not be yours.
