Montblanc reviews about "colleague"

No company culture at all, people from other depatments don't interract with eachother, as a customer service representative I feel being patronized by people from other departments. Pretenting to be a global international company but it feels more like working for a big german GmbH. The management is close to being invisible and very conservative. Premices look terrible and not modern at all quite depressing, very far from city center. No carriere growth is possible in this company unless you do politics.

technology needs a lot of workarounds, but you are always able to work in the end.

The working environment is not good and not healthy at all. There's no team spirit between the different departments, colleagues are very selfish, there are no options to grow and have a better position. If you want to grow professionally this is not your place.

Long hours, similar to other retails

Quite challenging to socialize with colleagues from other departments. The headquarters are in a location which is quite far from the city center and there is nothing around.
