      Pros

      Teammates are easy to work with. Clients are generally collaborative and easy to work with. Actually, they value and appreciate us more than our company, our employer. Also, one of the reasons most stays are the wfh set up which offers flexibility.

      Cons

      If you’re thinking of joining Motion Cabin, you have to think not just twice but a couple of times. Pay is low and ALWAYS delayed. Management gaslights, manipulates, and takes zero responsibility. No raises, no recognition, and no career growth. Unpaid benefits (even the promised ones go unpaid), and they treat people like they’re always wrong. It is physically and mentally draining. Honestly, save yourself the stress and look somewhere else.
