Working at mounttalent pvt ltd has been a great experience! The work culture is very inclusive, and management truly values employee feedback. There’s a focus on work-life balance, and the leadership team regularly checks in with the staff. I’ve had the chance to develop professionally with plenty of opportunities for growth. Nothing good about this company.
Cons
They take work from you like you are a machine and do not pay accordingly. Work culture is horrible. No work life balance as well. Few of the employees don't even have antiquates of how to talk to someone. They have still not given my Full n final settlement amount and are making excuses from last 3 months. Never join this company ever.

It provides you learning curves and opportunities to upgrade yourself The CEO of the organisation is himself a youth icon the way has grown and achieved so much in such a short span of time and age Organisation recognises employees hard works and provides the token of appreciation in various forms to motivate and do better If you are honest towards your work then Mount Talent is not an organisation, it's your family Work culture and work life balance is here with high satisfaction Employee retention policies are too good No one is non performer here They know how to get output in any form form from each and every employee In short a organisation with a set example of trust loyalty and career growth
