      Work from home 1 day a week Nice peers Cool clients

      Cons

      9-6 schedule when vendors and clients are 8-5 - made comments that I only worked within the 9-6. Have to have your work phone on you 24/7 Make comments if you eat your lunch out of office Mad if you don’t respond to an email in 30 seconds Poor training The owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked for

      Pros

      This is a great place to work - the projects and clients are exciting and everyone on the team has a great work ethic. I am challenged every day and given many opportunities to succeed. I will also say that I have never felt more cared for by upper management- whenever I need support or have a problem, they will literally drop what they're doing to help. It's a true team and they really care about their employees.

      Cons

      The work can be fast paced and challenging for those that aren't proactive or good at working independently.

      -Owners that care about their employees far and beyond any other company I've been with. -Great compensation and commission structure. -Confidence from Mgmt. to allow you to get your work done without micromanaging. - Fun and friendly atmosphere -Owners always leading and striving to make the company stronger while allowing fun to happen along the way.

      Cons

      If you are not a self starter and willing to "Get Sh*t Done" by putting in the extra this isn't the place for you since our clients want the best there is. The proof is in the pudding as they say.
