Where do I begin...
Salaries do not have a fixed date. Employees have to keep asking the CEO for their dues.
Not only do the salaries get paid late, but they are also not paid in full (unnecessary full day deductions, withholding commissions). On top of everything, employees are forced to use company issued SIM/Mobiles/Internet Devices and the cost of that also gets deducted from their salaries!
First salary- paid with a 40% deduction, which is kept as a security deposit. No one gets it back because most employees leave without serving the notice period due to the toxic work environment.
Dirty Politics by the Managers (who are unkempt, and super gnarly in their work attire).
The CEO is very twisted and the puppet master of the politics in the office. He encourages toxic "snitch-and-be-rewarded behavior", pitches employees against each other, and bashes everyone behind their backs in front of their colleagues.
The CEO is so hostile that he literally goes after EVERY single employee who works at MTS (once they quit) and chases them to their next employer or career path. He takes pleasure in destroying peoples careers by badmouthing them to their future employers or universities simply because they made the mistake of accepting a job offer at his company and then quitting.
The company has one of the worst retention rates in Pakistan. Even call centre's don't have such high staff turnover. The situation is so bad that he offers peoples jobs if he thinks they will stick out 3-4 months!! Other companies only hire people they think will work long term. Most people at MTS quit before the end of their probation period.
Absolutely no career growth potential either. Max increment you can expect is 5000 rupees after a minimum of a year of working there (despite them promising biannual increments).
