MyTaxFiler has a genuinely positive and inclusive work environment. It's not just a place to work; it's a community. Everyone is treated with respect, regardless of their position or background. There's a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, and people genuinely care about each other. We also have regular team lunches and outings which help in bonding with colleagues.
Cons
While the culture is generally great, I'd like to see more opportunities for social interaction outside of work hours. Perhaps some company-sponsored events or clubs.

The onboarding and training I received at MTF were fabulous. Right from understanding the work culture, project requirements and best practices set me up for success. I am grateful for the many opportunities that I got to excel here and would wish for more to come. I highly recommend MTF for aspiring finance professionals.

More employee engagement activities would be great.
