      Good Work-Life Balance (Most of the Time)

      Pros

      MyTaxFiler offers a good work-life balance for the most part. The flexible hours and work-from-home policy are great. The compensation is decent, and the benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      The exception is during the busy season. Be prepared for some long hours and extra work. It's definitely the most demanding time of the year. Also, while the compensation is good, overtime pay would be appreciated during the busy season.

      MTF is a good organization, especially if you’re a woman. The flexible hours and remote work options have made a big difference for me to have a work-life balance

      Pros

      Good environment and culture. Have gained international exposure by working with US clients and have taken up multiple learning and development sessions arranged by the team. Work from home is a bonus!

      Cons

      There are no CONS other than some time differences.
