Good staff and industry exposure. Helpful training teams and exposure. The management is very accessible and supportive, which is rare! Remote working is a huge benefit and has helped me manage my life so much better.

Beware of the Agreement that you sign.
It's only during Season you will have scope. Off season no work. So it won't help overall growth.
