Really a old school company, not worth for single star
Pros
They pay on time, as local team also want salary on their salary on time. They can give false promise and attract you.
Cons
Hire and fire policy. Flexible to mold policies according to their convince, just like one man drives the all policies as per his suitability. Working old technologies, they have very short term vision, so they will never upgrade. Management has very egoistic and arrogant with no soft skills. They hire UI developer for few months and fire them, can destroys anyone carrier. They never sticks to their rules and promises, no never trust them. Unless you don't have job then also I cant suggest you to join this company (old school teacher having hunter). Manager never bothers to give your feedback to your upcoming company, this is really bad for your future career or background checks. Manager ask personal things as well if you go on leave
