Pros
I have been to 3 firms, including one big4, and 2 mid tiers for the past 6 years. I must say that this is the firm that really treat staff better versus my last three firms.
I always have issue managing the team especially those work from home in my previous firms but NLA DFK management understands the challenges and have various system & tools to assist the manager & staff. I must say those really work hard are rewarded and it’s more of levelled playing field and easier for me as superior to monitor, also for staff to prove of work done and rewarded.
The management is supportive and knowledgeable, knowing what’s the issue and always offer solutions. Compared with my previous firms, this was either ignored or pushed away.
I am glad that after going through three firms, finally find one that fit me !

Working remotes not able to see colleague often but it offset with the ease of work from home and save on transport & time
