      Good co workers. Managers are not so good at ther job so you can do whatewer you want.

      Cons

      Low salary. No more then 2000€ for 160h Meny dont even get that. No overtime possibility. No Timebank posibility.

      The food is astounding, easy going around pto, mostly great coworkers

      Cons

      Management doesn't really bring along the feeling of understanding the basic level of how an productive assembly line should work, an extreme case of nepotism runs trough this family owned company as well as the salary is not even near to reflect the competence of the company workers
