I have been working at NVIDIA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's like a transition from an informal state to formal state with the help of anonymous aliases in various social groups. Such an innovative way to welcome everyone. Campus to corporate events shifts your thinking from an individual to a team to a company. Nvidia's On-boarding process provides good understanding of the culture, benifits, do's and dont's, literally from alpha to omega. The working culture is very wide open and also encouraging in every sense. Quick ramp-up's will get you to the front of the working line very soon. And salaries are dirac-impulses.

    Cons

No cons at all.(shift+home, cntrl+c, cntrl+v) No cons at all.

A great place to put to practice what had been learned in academics.
Nvidia provides it's employees with benefits much higher than other companies.
