      Great on the surface but...

      Pros

      Friendly colleagues, good location, opportunity to travel.

      Cons

      CEO is too busy being head of sales to lead company. Management out of touch with staff. Unrealistic promises made to customers and employees. No HR department. No opportunity for management if not Swedish. Bonuses often promised but not delivered, same with annual salary increases. Overworked staff.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to grow and learn, many decision making freedoms, low bureaucracy, fun to work, friendly colleagues and environment, fun and interesting job and tasks

      Cons

      Not clear description of duties, stressful work close to the deadlines, largely international in body of the company but less opportunity to grow to managerial roles if not native (Swedish)
