      Pros

      They are following the Google and Yahoo models in terms of business, not so good in terms of employees benefits. Pay is ok for beginners, mediocre for seniors, bad for managers (I've been told). If you're a freshman, prepare to learn lots of stuff. If you're a seasoned professional, not so much.

      Advancement opportunities are weak to none. Benefits mediocre or weak.
