      HR team can fire you anytime with pity reasons which are hard to explain. Work life balance is not good hire and fire policy of the company No management HR don't know how to speak They will take there family members to company and you have to teach your skills to them then your fire.

      Pros

      Work environment is very good, People are talented ,helpful & friendly. Company has an amazing vision to streamline the Designing industry, which is a huge task on its own. I believe the company has a bright future because of its vision and current work force.

      Cons

      The company is trying to do something different and new and is working towards changing the way the Design industry work, there sometimes have been situations in which we have to rework on things cause of change in plan.
