Pros

The flexibility that comes with working from home. Decent benefits.

Cons

When I first started at Net32 the company was directed and led by well-experienced professionals from which there was much to learn. However, there are now areas where the company could significantly improve. One major issue has been the constant new hires in the C-Suite, which has caused major changes in the worst way. People who have been devoted to the company and genuinely wanted the best for the company have now up and left or planning to leave. There are constant changes that are unnecessary and unproductive. Rules often shift without clear communication, leading to a hectic, confusing and stressful work environment. Your hard will go unnoticed while their favorites are praised for doing the bare minimum. I felt that the management didn't always hear our team's concerns. For example, multiple team members raised issues about the workload being distributed unfairly, but the problems weren't adequately addressed. The company could benefit from better communication and more structured policies/procedures. It will significantly enhance the work environment. Net32 could have been an excellent place to work if they acted on these issues, but meanwhile, I advise any potential new hires to make sure that your pay matches the daily workload being thrown your way.

Pros

Working from home is a huge bonus The medical insurance is pretty decent for the most part Some of the people who work here are pretty cool

Cons

When I first started the working environment/culture was very collective and gave a strong sense of support and togetherness but now, since there have been so many new hires in the C-Suite, the work culture has changed drastically in the worst way! The pay is a JOKE! No matter how hard you work for this company they will literally only throw pennies at you and say kudos for breaking your back to make sure they can save face to the public. Upper management is so out of touch with what happens on a daily basis that they neglect the departments that are the face of the company. The policies and procedures that are put in place only make the job harder to do for the customer-facing departments yet, when there is a problem those departments are the first to get blamed. God forbid you have a good work ethic and do your job well, they will only just reward you with more work and no pay to match your ethic.
