      1. Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm. 2. Co-worker environment is wonderful 3. The CEO values your opinion as an employee 4. You build relationships with customers

      Cons

      Your required to be on call and work extra hours with no extra pay. The job is salary regardless of the hours worked. You will need to carry many hats without an extra pay increase. There is no room to grow
