Supportive and warm work environment with amazing coworkers always willing to help. Access to multiple learning platforms, remote work, and very flexible schedule. I learned a lot and grew both technically and personally.

Cons

None major, just the natural challenges of learning while being new to the field. The pace can feel fast at first but the team always supported me.
