I wish I had less to say. I was here for almost two years and enjoyed it for about 6 months. After that, my life was a living hell. I can't really tell you how the company was, but I can tell you how I was treated.
I was bullied and micromanaged by my managers. I was lied to often and corrected for mistakes that were not my own.
I have never been more depressed than I was when I was working at Netlink Voice. Towards the end of my time at Netlink, I was given a very large project. I asked serval times, and no matter what I said, my direct manager refused to get me help. This gave me a deep anxiety that I would be fired. My manager reassured me I was doing a great job with 0 help. My manager then assigned someone to take her position and help me with the project. However, the person who took her place just hindered the project, which made me look even worse. I told my manager I was stressed and getting no help from her replacement, and I also told her that I was recently diagnosed with something and that was adding to my stress. That was on a Friday, and then following Monday when I arrived, they let me know I was let go. My termination was not just out of convenience for the company, but the company had to let several people go because they were consistently spending money on the worlds craziest things.
If you are considering working here, just know, from my experience. They don't care about you. You are a pawn. There is 0 room to grow. There are good people here, but they are the ones that don't get moved up. If this is your only option, take the job. If you have other options, please reconsider.
