Unless you're sleeping or in the pants of the executive team, don't expect good pay rises. 10% pay rises are given if you're really close with the executive team, everyone else gets 2% Company claims it's broke but makes numerous questionable purchases. Upper management are extremely toxic and will only act nice when you want something.
