Pros
Pros..? There is nothing as such.. please do not join here..! Extending your work time after 6:30 is considered hard work here. If you’re into family business.. then sure go ahead.. Team and it’s people are the best in helping out with your work.. Management will basically treat you as Kindergarten.
Cons
Infrastructure - basically warehouse with restrooms Laying-off people without prior notice Poor incentives for call centre Work hours more than 9 hours for both Call centre and IT team Rules can change anytime according to ppl
